AALGROUP's head office is located in Springvale, Victoria with branches in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and NT (Darwin). We sell and service new and used forklifts, and ship spare parts, Australia-wide.

Where can I get forklifts spare parts?
AALGROUP has an extensive inventory of forklift spare parts available for shipping Australia-wide on demand. If we don’t have stock of the part you require, we can generally source it from our extensive network. Parts are available for most major brands.

How often should I have my electric gas or petrol forklifts serviced?
It depends on how often you are using them and under what circumstances (for example, electric and gas forklifts used 24 hours per day, 7 days per week will need servicing more often than vehicles used less frequently). Yale lift trucks have the benefit of longer service intervals with 3,000 hour hydraulic oil and filter changes recommended and 1,000 hour transmission oil changes.
What is a warehouse simulator?
A warehouse simulator is a software program which allows warehouse operators to see how a fleet will perform and gives an opportunity to try out different strategies to streamline warehouse operations. It is a sophisticated consultancy tool which can provide insight on: - Time spent handling loads
- Idle/utilisation times
- Staging areas, racking and doors/docks
- Hourly flow rates into and out of racking, staging areas and docks/doors
- Visual indication of bottlenecks
